Terms & Conditions

The Terms & Conditions between NewGen Research Consultancy and any entity completing a booking request during joining to any of our international conferences are applicable to all conference events, submissions, registrations and participation.

Registration or participation in any conference/event will be considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The international event or conference is organized and managed by NewGen Research Consultancy.
We reserve the right to publicly announce our business relationship with registered participants or associated entities.
All conference registrations and documentation purchases are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to make necessary changes in venue, timing, speakers or programme schedule due to unavoidable circumstances.
Any postponement, cancellation or change in conference/event details will be updated on the website and notified through email.
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for all participants.
Discrimination, harassment, bullying, intimidation, unwanted attention or misconduct will not be tolerated.
Participants must treat all attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, staff and organizers with respect.
Images, audio, video or recordings of our events may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without approval.
By attending the event, participants agree to the filming and photography policies laid down by the organizers.
Photographs, videos and audio recordings may be used for event-related promotions, advertisements and social media.
Participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed must inform us by email before attending the event.
Personal information supplied during registration will be kept as a record and protected wherever necessary.
We may share participant information with third-party service providers and co-sponsors for event purposes only.
We do not disclose personal information to any other third party without consent, except where required for event management.
Participants may unsubscribe from future event communication by writing to us via email.
Reviewer comments are independent views and should be considered constructive academic feedback.
The identity and information of reviewers will remain confidential.
We do not guarantee publication by any specific publisher or indexing in any database.
Publication time may take 6–9 months or more depending on publisher requirements and author response.
Participants are responsible for their own visa requirements and must apply within sufficient time.
No refund will be offered if a participant fails to attend due to visa rejection or visa-related delay.
Participants must be 18 years or above for registration.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, personal injury, property damage or related issues unless caused by negligence by us.
Speaker details may be shared with attendees and displayed on conference websites for information purposes.
Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not represent the organizer’s liability or responsibility.
These terms are governed by Indian Law and may be changed, revised or updated without prior notice.

Refund Policy

In case of additional or error payments made by the candidate, refunds may be processed in not less than ten working days.
Participants are advised to keep a snapshot of the payment confirmation page while making payment.
Cancellation of registration without any valid reason is not permissible.
Change of registration mode from physical to online must be informed at least 30 days before the conference dates.
Authors should share their grievance along with payment proof to the official email addresses.

Registration & Payment Policy

Instructions for Author Registration

Each accepted paper must be registered by at least one author for presentation and publication processing.
Registration fee for each category will be defined in the registration fee table.
No registration will be confirmed until successful payment is received.
Additional paper registration and co-author registration will be applicable as per the fee details.
If more than one author registers for the same paper, each author must register and pay separately.
Conference registration fee must be paid online through the payment gateway provided.
The registration process is managed by NewGen Research Consultancy.
The paper must be presented physically or virtually based on the selected registration mode.
Card details should never be shared through email.

Registration Fee: Physical Mode

This fee includes access to inaugural session, keynotes/invited lectures, oral paper presentation sessions, networking, conference lunch and refreshments, conference kit and participation/presentation certificate. The conference is non-residential and delegates must arrange their own accommodation.

Registration Fee: Online Mode

This fee includes access to inaugural session, keynotes/invited lectures, online paper presentation sessions and participation/presentation certificate through email after completion of the conference.

Registration must be paid and confirmed before the deadline. Terms may be revised as per government norms, legal requirements or operational improvements.

Privacy Policy

This policy highlights our privacy practices regarding personal information collected through this website and information provided while participating in conferences, events or campaigns.

We process personal information when required for legitimate event-related purposes.
Personal information may be used to identify registered users and respond to questions or requests.
We may analyze website visits to understand user preferences and improve access to relevant content.
Personal information submitted during registration will be kept as a record and protected wherever necessary.
We may share information with third-party service providers and co-sponsors for event purposes only.
We will not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties without consent.

Publication Policy

Publication of papers depends on author response to queries and proofreading requirements during the production stage. Publishers or conference organizers may decline papers that do not meet quality standards.

We do not claim or guarantee that papers will be indexed in any specific database.
Indexing services independently evaluate conference papers and decide what they will index.
Publication procedures are dynamic and may change from time to time.
Publication may take 6–9 months from conference completion or more depending on publisher requirements.
Delays may occur due to unavoidable circumstances or delayed author response to publisher queries.
